Josh Hamilton Nearing Return to Field

According to Jon Paul Morosi via Twitter, Texas Rangers outfielder Josh Hamilton has been cleared to begin a rehab assignment on Wednesday, and is nearing a return to the field.

Hamilton had been previously nursing a fractured right humerus, and is suddenly back in the fold for fantasy baseball owners everywhere. Whether you’re a season-long owner waiting for his return or a daily grinder looking for an edge, keep an eye on when he’s officially back in blue.

We’d advise holding off for a couple of days even when he does return, however, as he’s likely to be rusty and there is always the chance of another injury.
